Shipping

We will arrange shipping of your product according to the current carriers listed on our site. 

Retail orders - Generally shipped within 1-2 days of the order being received, except in exceptional circumstances. Once dispatched the carriers updates will be considered.

Wholesale Orders - Generally shipped within 2-5 days of the order being received, except in exceptional circumstances. Once dispatched the carriers updates will be considered

International Orders - Generally shipped within 2-5 days of the order being received, except in exceptional circumstances. Once dispatched the carriers updates will be considered. Option selected by customer will be considered unless DDP (Taxes and duties exceed) customer may be contacted and notified of additional costs, or alternative shipping options considering price already paid. 

Where 'Free Shipping' has occurred the order will be shipped with the most appropriate carrier, considering cost and efficiency.
