Where 'Free Shipping' has occurred the order will be shipped with the most appropriate carrier, considering cost and efficiency.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as quickly as possible at orders@lokkstokk.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Our aim is to always resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 Returns & refunds will be actioned at our discretion, but always with a focus on customer satisfaction.
